Shipping
Please allow 2-7 business days for the creation of all products. Then add shipping times of 2-5 business days for ground shipping.
Speed and price depends on product type and destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan packages or update their tracking so some tracking numbers may not give/have any updated information.
Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL as each order placed is custom made for each customer after your order is received. Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
One Badass Butterfly does not have a warehouse and does not keep any inventory. Therefore, we unfortunately do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if there is a defect with the order, we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email to [email protected] within 30 days.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size or a different color.
A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size and/or color.
When a return shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Return Reasons
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

PRIVACY POLICY
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at [email protected].
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – Big Cartel
Our store is hosted on Big Cartel, LLC. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Big Cartel’s data storage, databases and the general Big Cartel application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Big Cartel stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
